4. Cancellations and Changes by the Customer

We understand that circumstances can change. This section explains what you can do if you change your mind after purchase, made a mistake, or wish to modify your order.

4.1. Cancelling a Purchase

Digital products (such as PDFs, templates, video tutorials) that can be downloaded immediately after payment are non-refundable if access has already been granted. This means:

  • If you have already received a download link or access to the product, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at: [email protected].
Why can’t a digital product be returned after downloading?

Because unlike physical goods, it cannot be “returned” — you already have a copy.

4.2. Requesting a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • • The product does not work as described and you have notified us;
  • • You have not received access within 24 hours of payment;
  • • You have not downloaded or accessed the product and have contacted us within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] and include:

  • • Your order number or the email used for the purchase;
  • • The reason for the refund;
  • • Confirmation that you have not accessed or downloaded the product (we will verify this in our system).
4.3. Changing Your Order

If you made an error in your order (e.g., selected the wrong product) and have not yet received access, we can assist with correcting it — for example, by exchanging the product.

Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. In some cases, we may allow a change even after access has been granted, but this is at our sole discretion.

5. Cancellations and Changes by SHOPLYST LIMITED

5.1. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in the following cases:

  • • Pricing or product description errors;
  • • Product is temporarily or permanently unavailable;
  • • Suspected fraud or violation of our Terms of Use;
  • • Payment was not successfully completed or failed verification.

If your order is cancelled before access is provided, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If access has already been granted, we may revoke or limit access in cases of rule violations, including unauthorized distribution, resale, or license breach. Refunds may not be issued in such cases.

5.2. Changes to Products and Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue digital products and services at any time, including:

  • • Improvements and bug fixes;
  • • Compliance with legal requirements;
  • • Technical updates or platform changes.

If a product you purchased is significantly altered or removed within 30 days of purchase, and its functionality or purpose is affected, you may:

  • • Request access to a previous version (if available);
  • • Request an exchange for a similar product of equal value;
  • • Request a partial or full refund (at our discretion).

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets) that host our products.

5.3. Notification of Changes

In the event of significant changes or order cancellations, we will notify you:

  • • At the email address provided at checkout;
  • • Or by posting a notice on our website.

We recommend checking your email and our website regularly for updates.

  • • Copy, distribute, resell, or transfer materials to third parties;
  • • Upload or publish the products publicly;
  • • Use the products for unlawful purposes (e.g., fraud, spam, bypassing payment systems, etc.).

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal consequences.

  • • copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell the products to third parties without written permission from SHOPLYST LIMITED;
  • • use our materials to create competing products or services;
  • • post products publicly on the internet, messengers, social networks, etc.
7.2. Trademarks and Corporate Identity

The name "SHOPLYST LIMITED," logos, design, slogans, as well as the visual style of the website are trademarks and elements of the company's corporate identity. They cannot be used without our written consent, including any altered or similar designations likely to cause confusion.

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet outages, payment system failures, cyberattacks, and other force majeure circumstances.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your personal information and privacy very seriously. Below we explain what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

9.1. What Data We Collect

When you use our website and purchase products or services, we may collect the following types of data:

  • • Contact information: first name, last name, email, phone number.
  • • Payment data (via payment provider Stripe) — we do not store card data but only transmit it securely.
  • • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, time of site visit.
  • • Purchase and order information.
  • • Account registration data (if you create an account).
9.2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information only for the following purposes:

  • • Processing and confirming your orders and payments.
  • • Providing access to purchased products and services.
  • • Customer service and support (responding to your inquiries).
  • • Informing you about important updates, promotions, and new products (only with your consent).
  • • Compliance with legal requirements (e.g., accounting, taxation).
  • • Website analytics and service improvement.
9.3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, to fulfill our obligations, your data may be shared with:

  • • Payment providers (e.g., Stripe) for secure payment processing.
  • • Hosting providers and technical services ensuring website operation.
  • • Authorities if required by law.
  • • All third parties are obliged to comply with confidentiality and data protection rules.
9.4. Data Protection

We use modern technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. This includes:

  • • Encryption of data during transmission (SSL/TLS).
  • • Access control and internal security policies.
  • • Regular updates of software and security systems.

9.6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve website performance, analyze visits, and personalize content. You can manage cookie settings via your browser or tools on the website.

9.7. Privacy Contact Information

If you have questions or requests related to data protection, please contact us at: [email protected].

10. Security

We take the protection of your personal information and the security of your payments very seriously. Here is what this means for you:

Data Encryption: When you enter information on our website (such as your email or payment details), this data is automatically converted into a special code using SSL/TLS technology. It’s like a lock that secures your data so no unauthorized person can read or steal it during transmission over the internet.

Payment Security: All payments are processed through Stripe — one of the most well-known and secure online payment platforms worldwide. We do not store your bank card details, so even if someone accessed our website, they would not be able to see your bank information.

Access Control: Only specially trained employees of our company can view your personal information — and only when it is genuinely necessary to fulfill an order or provide support. All of them are required to keep your data confidential.

Technical Protection: We regularly update our systems to use the most modern software for protection against viruses, hackers, and other threats. It’s like regular maintenance and repair of a home security system.

Monitoring Suspicious Activity: If we notice anything unusual — for example, someone trying to log into your account from a different device or making payments without your knowledge — we immediately take action to protect you.

However, despite all these measures, it is impossible to completely eliminate the risk of hacking because the internet is an open network. Therefore, we ask you to:

  • • Do not share your password or login details with anyone, even if they claim to work for our support team.
  • • Use strong passwords and change them periodically.
  • • If you notice anything suspicious in your account — notify us immediately.

11. Security Contact Information

If you believe your account has been hacked, someone accessed your personal data, or you notice anything unusual (such as unfamiliar orders or emails from us that you did not request) — please contact us as soon as possible.

You can do this by:

  • • Emailing: [email protected] — preferably describe the situation in detail and attach screenshots if available.
  • • Calling: +44 7832486552 — we will respond and help resolve the issue.

We treat such matters with the highest priority and will do everything to protect your data and prevent possible damage.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and our service. But if something goes wrong and you have complaints or questions — here is how we suggest resolving them:

How to file a complaint:

If you experience problems with a product, payment, delivery, or any other part of our service, please first contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +44 7832486552. Provide detailed information about your issue — the more details, the easier and faster we can help.

Response Time:

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. If your issue is complex, we may contact you for further details.

Dispute Resolution:

If we are unable to resolve your issue directly, you have the right to appeal to independent mediators — organizations that help buyers and sellers find fair solutions. In the European Union, there is the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution), where you can file a complaint online. This is a convenient way to resolve disputes without going to court.

Jurisdiction:

All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled in the courts of England and Wales, as our company is registered and operates under UK law.

Important to Know:

By filing a complaint, you retain all your legal rights as a consumer in the UK and EU. Our Terms do not reduce your rights but only regulate the use of the website and services.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. This is necessary to reflect new regulations, improve our service, or comply with legal requirements.

How we notify about changes:

All changes will be published on our website at https://shoplyst.store in the Terms and Conditions section. We recommend checking this section regularly to stay informed of updates.

When changes take effect:

New versions of the Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website, unless otherwise specified. We indicate the effective date of the changes.

What to do if you disagree with the changes:

If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the SHOPLYST LIMITED website and services. By continuing to use the website after the changes are published, you automatically accept the new terms.

Why this is important:

Updating the terms helps us ensure security, improve service quality, and comply with laws. We care about transparency and want all users to understand their rights and responsibilities.

14. Miscellaneous

This section includes important additional provisions that help properly interpret and apply our Terms and Conditions.

14.1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, this will not affect the remaining provisions. The rest of the Terms remain in full force and effect.

14.2. Assignment of rights and obligations

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without our written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations to other companies if necessary for business purposes.

14.3. Entire agreement

These Terms and related documents (such as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and SHOPLYST LIMITED. They supersede all previous agreements regarding the use of the website and purchase of products.

14.4. No third-party rights

No persons other than you and SHOPLYST LIMITED have the right to enforce these Terms.

14.5. Language of the document

These Terms are drafted in Russian. In case of any discrepancies between translations, the Russian version shall prevail.
