1. Introduction

At SHOPLYST LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring the security of our customers, the protection of their data, and fair, transparent resolution of disputes. We sell digital products that are immediately accessible after successful payment. This includes PDF guides, templates, educational materials, Notion systems, and other ready-made digital assets.

This Policy outlines our security measures and how disputes are handled. We operate in accordance with UK law, GDPR, and payment provider standards such as PCI DSS (via Stripe).

2. Security

2.1 Digital Product Protection
  • All digital products are delivered via secure download links or personal accounts, and may be protected by watermarks or other anti-piracy technologies.
  • Downloads may be limited in time or number of attempts.
2.2 Payments
  • All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, fully PCI DSS compliant. We do not store any card data.
  • Upon successful payment, the customer immediately receives access to the purchased files.
2.3 Privacy
  • All data is transmitted via encrypted SSL/HTTPS connections.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties without a legal basis. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
2.4 Account Security
  • Access to digital materials is provided through a personal login. Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
  • Internal access to customer data is restricted to trained staff only.
3. No Refunds After File Download

Under UK and EU consumer protection law:

Digital goods delivered immediately after purchase are not eligible for refund, provided the buyer has agreed to waive their right to cancel.

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • the digital download begins immediately after payment,
  • you waive your right to a refund or cancellation,
  • this policy applies even if you "change your mind", "expected something different", or "no longer need the product".

The only exceptions are technical issues, such as:

  • the file is corrupted or inaccessible,
  • the download link was not provided.

In such cases, we will resolve the issue or replace the product at no extra cost.

4. Dispute Resolution Procedure

4.1 Contact Support

If you experience any issues, please contact us at: [email protected]

We will review your request within 5 business days, and usually respond within 14 days.

4.2 Escalation

If you're not satisfied with our support response, you may request a review by a senior manager.

4.3 Chargebacks & Bank Disputes

If a dispute is initiated through your bank (chargeback), Stripe will handle the case per its internal rules. We will submit proof of order fulfillment, including download logs, access date/time, and IP address.

Once the chargeback has been finalized by your bank, we consider the dispute closed financially. However, we are always open to dialogue to improve our service.

4.4 External Mediation

You may also contact:

  • The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
  • Consumer protection authorities in your country.
4.5 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Additional Provisions
  • We are not liable for issues caused by misuse of our services (e.g., sharing your password or files with third parties).
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access in cases of policy violations (e.g., piracy, abuse of staff).
  • Requesting support does not affect your access or status as a customer.
